Goals of the Assembly
Build partnerships and collaborations across sectors – nonprofits, municipalities, colleges, labor and business
Position ourselves to be eligible for IRA, state, and philanthropic monies
Scale the capacity of the climate justice movement in the Bay Area
Provide opportunities for thousands of students in the Bay Area to participate in climate action and environmental justice work
Guiding questions to develop the vision and purpose
How can we support each other’s work, work collectively, and increase agency to address the climate crisis in the Bay Area?
How do we activate students and bring them into this work?
What resources, tools, and training do you, do we need to make this vision/work successful?
